How can I become an Espressomat customer?
It’s very simple! You just need to contact us to explore our solutions and choose the products that best suit your business. Once you have decided, we register you as a client and provide you with a personalized quote. We are ready to help you grow!
Who can be an Espressomat customer?
We mainly focus on working with coffee roasters and hospitality equipment distributors. . If you are part of any of these sectors, we are delighted to be your supplier partner. Let’s connect and find out how we can help you!
How are payments managed?
Transactions are adjusted to specific agreements with each client. For the first operations, we work with advance payments and postage due or Ex-Works. We adapt to your needs so that the process is as easy and safe as possible.
What is the warranty on the machines?
All our machines have a 1-year warranty for components that may have factory defects. Daily use items, such as filter holders, gaskets or shower heads, are not covered by the warranty. If you find any defects, please send the part to us so we can check it and replace it if necessary.
How do the spare parts work?
Our spare parts policy is fast and efficient. On the one hand, we collaborate with Repa Iberia SLU, who has all our original spare parts. And on the other hand, we have stock of all the components for our machines, making national shipments 24h-48h, European 72h and international 96h. We can also send parts from other brands upon request.
Can I return equipment or spare parts?
Returns are only accepted in exceptional cases and previously agreed upon by both parties. If a repair is required, your equipment can be examined at our factory. Repairs are not included in the warranty, but we always make sure you receive the best service possible.
How can I access exclusive distribution?
If you are interested in being our exclusive distributor in your region, we would love to hear your proposal. Tell us your plan and we will evaluate it quickly so that together we can expand the coffee market.
